The Wine Keg Company LTD T/A The Keg Company have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at enquiries@thekegcompany.com. If your return is accepted, you can return your order to us, or The Wine Keg Company LTD T/A The Keg Company can organise collection.
If returning the order yourself, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made. For all returns we recommend that customers use registered post. We cannot be responsible for items lost prior to delivery to us where unrecorded delivery methods have been used. Please retain proof of postage.
If The Wine Keg Company LTD T/A The Keg Company and to collect the order, there is a £15 ex VAT collection charge per item. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your order will be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus:
- 10% restocking charge
- Original delivery charge
- Collection fee if collected by The Wine Keg Company LTD T/A The Keg Company.
Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to return to your account.
