Who do we sell to?

Quite simply, anyone! Whether you run a pub, bar or restaurant, or if it’s for your bar at home, we cater to serve everyone.

If you are not sure about how we can help then get in touch as we have options to suit everyone.

Do you have an AWRS number?

We are registered with the government as an alcohol wholesaler and our number is XCAW 000 0010 6381. We ensure our suppliers are all AWRS registered.

I’m a brewery and am interested in selling on your site?

We are always looking to work with more breweries. Email us on enquiries@thekegcompany.co.uk with a bit about the brewery and your core range of products and we can look at getting you listed.

Loyalty Scheme

How does the Loyalty Scheme work?

Essentially, you earn points to spend on discounts with each order you place! For every £1 spend (ex VAT and delivery), you earn 3 points. For every 100 points earned, you earn a £1 discount. You can earn points by following and sharing our posts on social media as well as through purchasing!

How much does delivery cost?

All 12L/20L/30L kegs being shipped to the UK will have a shipping charge of £12. Minikegs will have a shipping cost of £7.80.

How long does delivery take?

We aim for orders to be delivered between 2-5 working days after the purchase date, however, due to potential delays at the brewery with dispatch or with the DHL taking a little longer to route the item through their delivery network, we suggest that you plan for 4 clear working days between ordering and delivery. (So we recommend ordering Monday to give the best chance of having the delivery before the weekend). Of course, if you can order a little further in advance then that's always more relaxing for everyone!

For normal courier orders, once the order is collected from the brewery you should, all things going well, expect to receive the item the next working day (some areas of the UK may take longer such as the far reaches of Scotland for example). 

I haven’t received my order within 5 working days. Where is it?

In the unlikely event of us being unable to meet the 5 working days after order delivery window, we may ask for your patience due to a hiccup in the delivery process. If some of the product you ordered gets mislaid during shipping or there's an issue with availability, we will be in touch as quickly as possible to notify you of any delay and we may ask you to give us up to 10 working days from the original order to final delivery to resolve unexpected issue for you

How do I track my order?

Once we have heard from the brewery and confirmed a collection date for your order, you will get an email notification with a consignment number and a link for you to insert your number. This allows you to see when the courier has picked up your order, and when they have set off to deliver your order.

How do I change or update my delivery address?

If you have accidentally inputted the incorrect delivery address, you can email us at enquiries@thekegcompany.co.uk your order number and the correct address and we can change this easily if the order has not gone out yet. If the order has gone out we will ring DHL if it isn’t too late to change it.

Can I request a specific time slot for deliveries?

Deliveries made by our courier are not in our control, however you will receive an email or text where possible, confirming the day of delivery. Normal delivery hours are between 9am-6pm.

Do you offer international shipping?

At the present The Keg Company only ships to the UK.

The delivery I received is not what I ordered/broken/spoiled.

We're sorry to hear that you've had an issue. Please contact our Customer Services team at enquiries@thekegcompany.co.uk as quickly as possible and ideally include a photograph of the products received if the damage is visible. We will then get in touch with the brewery to solve this for you as quickly and practically as possible.

Beer Dispense Question

What equipment do I need to dispense the beers?

For any beer you will need a dispenser and/or a bar setup. If you are looking for any of these our sister company ‘National Mobile Bars’ has exactly what you need. Along with this you will need a Coupler. The keykegs will need a keykeg coupler and the polykegs will need a sankey coupler. Both of these can be bought on our website here.

Christmas Last Orders!

Please be aware that the last orders we can take to arrive in time for Christmas will be Mon 19th December. Normal postal services will resume Wed 4th January.
